Pengaruh pembelajaran STEAM dengan model PBL terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dankecerdasan emosional siswa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pembelajaran STEAM dengan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kecerdasan emosional siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen semu (quasi experimental). Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII MTs. Mu’allimat NWDI Pancor tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024 yang berjumlah 316 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Dimana Kelas yang menjadi sampel adalah VIIIA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan VIIIE sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah instrumen tes kemampuan berpikir kritis dan non tes angket kecerdasan emosional. Teknik analisis data menggunakan multivariate analyze of varians (MANOVA) jenis hotelling’s trace dan uji lanjut menggunakan polled varians. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh Pembelajaran STEAM dengan Model Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kecerdasan emosional
