Pelatihan dan pendampingan pencatatan keuangan sederhana bagi UMKM binaan YBM PLN di Desa Jeruk Manis

Pengelolaan keuangan yang belum tertata masih menjadi salah satu kendala yang dihadapi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), terutama karena belum diterapkannya pencatatan keuangan secara rutin serta masih tercampurnya keuangan pribadi dan keuangan usaha. Kondisi tersebut juga ditemukan pada 15 UMKM binaan YBM PLN di Desa Jeruk Manis sehingga pelaku usaha belum memiliki informasi keuangan yang memadai sebagai dasar evaluasi dan pengambilan keputusan usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kapasitas pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola keuangan usaha melalui pendampingan pencatatan keuangan sederhana. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan melalui tahapan observasi, pelatihan, pendampingan praktik pencatatan menggunakan buku kas sederhana, dan evaluasi penerapan pencatatan keuangan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai pemisahan keuangan pribadi dan usaha, pencatatan pemasukan dan pengeluaran, serta perhitungan laba sederhana, dan mendorong pelaku UMKM mulai menerapkan pencatatan keuangan dalam aktivitas usahanya, dengan 66,7% peserta telah melakukan pencatatan secara lebih teratur. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam memperkuat kapasitas pelaku UMKM dalam mengelola keuangan usaha serta mendorong terbentuknya kebiasaan pencatatan keuangan sebagai dasar pengembangan usaha yang lebih terarah dan berkelanjutan.
