Penguatan kapasitas perangkat desa dalam optimalisasi sistem informasi desa (SID) di Desa Jeruk Manis

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mendukung pengelolaan SID melalui pendampingan pemutakhiran data administrasi desa sesuai dengan kebutuhan pemerintah desa. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan berbasis kebutuhan melalui tahapan observasi, wawancara, identifikasi permasalahan, pendampingan praktik lapangan, dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan menghasilkan penyusunan data Rumah Tangga Miskin (RTM) dari awal, pemutakhiran data kartu keluarga, data pajak, statistik penduduk, data bantuan, data kelembagaan, artikel desa, serta berbagai informasi administrasi lainnya sehingga kualitas data dalam SID menjadi lebih lengkap dan sesuai dengan kondisi aktual desa. Selain meningkatkan kualitas data, kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan pendampingan pada desa yang telah mengimplementasikan SID bergeser dari pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi menuju pendampingan teknis dalam pengelolaan dan pemutakhiran data. Temuan tersebut menegaskan bahwa keberlanjutan pemanfaatan SID tidak hanya ditentukan oleh ketersediaan sistem, tetapi juga oleh kualitas data yang dikelola secara kolaboratif dan berkelanjutan.
