Kegiatan magang ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan data keuangan dan rekapitulasi material serta mengidentifikasi berbagai kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan informasi pada PT. Citra Jaya Graha Mataram. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, partisipasi langsung, dan dokumentasi terhadap aktivitas administrasi perusahaan yang mencakup penginputan jurnal umum, pencatatan rekening koran, rekapitulasi kas dan penjualan, pengolahan data perpajakan, pengelolaan persediaan material, dan pengarsipan dokumen. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan data keuangan dan material masih dilakukan secara semi manual dengan memanfaatkan Microsoft Excel dan pencatatan administrasi sederhana, sehingga menimbulkan berbagai kendala, seperti potensi kesalahan pencatatan (human error), keterlambatan penyajian informasi, kurangnya integrasi data antarbagian, serta ketidaksesuaian antara data persediaan material dan kondisi fisik di lapangan. Oleh karena itu, penerapan sistem informasi akuntansi yang terintegrasi, didukung oleh sistem inventory management, pelaksanaan stock opname secara berkala, dan digitalisasi pengarsipan dokumen menjadi kebutuhan strategis untuk meningkatkan akurasi informasi, efektivitas pengendalian internal, efisiensi operasional, dan kualitas pengambilan keputusan pada perusahaan konstruksi
