Pendampingan dan pengembangan UMKM disabilitas guna mewujudkan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Kota Raja

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan mendampingi dan mengembangkan UMKM penyandang disabilitas di Kota Raja agar menjadi usaha yang lebih profesional, berdaya saing, dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan observasi, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Bentuk pendampingan yang dilakukan meliputi pembuatan label produk, pengurusan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB), perluasan promosi lewat media sosial dan lingkungan sekitar, serta pemberian motivasi agar partisipasi anggota meningkat. Keistimewaan usaha ini adalah sebagian keuntungan disisihkan untuk membantu kebutuhan pokok sesama anggota, menjadikannya sarana ekonomi sekaligus wadah solidaritas sosial. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan kemajuan nyata: produk kini tampil lebih menarik dan memiliki ciri khas, usaha telah memiliki landasan hukum yang jelas, jangkauan pemasaran semakin luas, serta semangat dan kepercayaan diri anggota meningkat signifikan. Pendampingan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal yang kokoh bagi terwujudnya kemandirian ekonomi dan kesejahteraan penyandang disabilitas di Desa Kota Raja.
