Penguatan pencegahan DBD melalui sosialisasi PSN 3M Plus pada Siswa SMK-SPP Samarinda

Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) masih menjadi salah satu masalah kesehatan yang membutuhkan upaya pencegahan berkelanjutan, termasuk pada lingkungan sekolah. Hasil pengkajian awal di SMK-SPP Samarinda menunjukkan masih rendahnya pengetahuan dan perilaku siswa terkait pencegahan DBD. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku siswa melalui sosialisasi DBD dan Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) 3M Plus. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 21 Mei 2026 di SMK-SPP Samarinda dengan melibatkan 120 siswa kelas X. Sosialisasi dilakukan melalui penyampaian materi, penggunaan media animasi edukasi, dan tanya jawab. Evaluasi menggunakan desain pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku siswa. Analisis perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Hasil menunjukkan pengetahuan kategori baik meningkat dari 5,8% menjadi 59,2%, sikap positif dari 96,7% menjadi 99,2%, dan perilaku melakukan tindakan pencegahan dari 13,3% menjadi 60,8%. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan pada pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku dengan nilai p<0,001. Sosialisasi DBD dan PSN 3M Plus dapat menjadi salah satu strategi promosi kesehatan dalam meningkatkan upaya pencegahan DBD di lingkungan sekolah.
