Implementasi STEAM-PjBL berbantuan geogebra untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis kelas XI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik melalui implementasi pendekatan Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) dengan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) berbantuan aplikasi GeoGebra. Penelitian menggunakan metode implementasi dan evaluasi dengan desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian adalah 35 peserta didik kelas XI Fase F SMA Negeri 5 Padang. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dan lembar observasi aktivitas peserta didik. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (<0,05), sehingga terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik setelah implementasi pembelajaran. Selain itu, peserta didik menunjukkan partisipasi aktif selama pembelajaran, mampu memanfaatkan GeoGebra untuk mengeksplorasi konsep transformasi geometri, serta lebih sistematis dalam menyelesaikan masalah matematis. Dengan demikian, implementasi pendekatan STEAM dengan model PjBL berbantuan GeoGebra dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif pembelajaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis peserta didik.
