Transformasi perencanaan pembelajaran melalui pendampingan penyusunan RPS berbasis OBE bagi dosen STITNU Al Mahsuni Lombok Timur

Kurikulum berbasis Outcome Based Education (OBE) merupakan pendekatan yang menekankan pencapaian kompetensi lulusan sebagai indikator utama keberhasilan pembelajaran di perguruan tinggi. Namun, pemahaman dan penerapan OBE, khususnya dalam penyusunan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester (RPS), masih menjadi tantangan di banyak perguruan tinggi swasta, termasuk STITNU Al Mahsuni. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dosen dalam menyusun RPS berbasis OBE melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan berbasis pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk workshop interaktif selama dua hari dan diikuti oleh 27 orang dosen. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep OBE, serta kemampuan menyusun RPS yang selaras dengan capaian pembelajaran. Pembentukan komunitas praktisi dosen sebagai tindak lanjut pelatihan juga menjadi langkah strategis dalam memastikan keberlanjutan implementasi OBE di lingkungan kampus. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kompetensi dosen, tetapi juga mendorong transformasi budaya akademik menuju pembelajaran yang lebih terarah, terukur, dan berorientasi pada mutu lulusan.References
