Upaya menjaga kesejahteraan ekonomi pada masa usia dewasa madya di masyarakat Desa Ujung Teran

Masalah kesejahteraan ekonomi pada keluarga dewasa madya (usia 40–60 tahun) di Desa Ujung Teran menjadi krusial akibat kompleksnya tanggung jawab domestik, biaya pendidikan, kesehatan, dan persiapan pensiun, yang diperparah oleh ketergantungan pada sektor pertanian. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi dan mendampingi ibu-ibu dewasa madya dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga guna menjaga kestabilan ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan perencanaan keuangan, dan pemetaan potensi lokal secara partisipatif. Subjek pengabdian dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, berfokus pada kelompok ibu rumah tangga sebagai pengelola utama keuangan domestik. Data dihimpun melalui wawancara, observasi lapangan, serta evaluasi program. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman mitra dalam menentukan prioritas kebutuhan, menyusun anggaran bulanan, serta kesadaran untuk menciptakan pendapatan tambahan berbasis sektor informal seperti usaha rumahan. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi mitra meliputi fluktuasi pendapatan pertanian dan pengeluaran tak terduga. Melalui program ini, masyarakat binaan kini memiliki strategi perencanaan keuangan yang lebih matang dan mampu mengoptimalkan potensi lokal sebagai sumber pendapatan alternatif demi tercapainya stabilitas ekonomi keluarga
