Author Guidelines
The AHS Journal of Multidisciplinary Social Sciences accepts research articles and scholarly studies in the field of multidisciplinary social sciences, including theoretical, empirical, and applied studies aimed at understanding social dynamics, social transformation, public policy, and sustainable development in local, national, and global contexts.
Authors who are interested in publishing their articles in this journal are expected to follow the guidelines below.
1. General Writing Requirements

Articles must be original scholarly works that have not been previously published and are not under consideration in other journals.

Articles may be written in Indonesian or English.

Manuscripts must be typed using Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

The manuscript length should be 5,000–8,000 words, including tables, figures, and references.

Use Times New Roman font, 12 pt size, 1.5 line spacing, and 2.5 cm margins on all sides.

Each article must follow the APA Style citation and referencing system (latest edition).

Authors must ensure that the manuscript is free from plagiarism (the maximum similarity index generally allowed is ≤20%).
2. Article Structure
Submitted manuscripts must follow the structure below:
Title
The title should be clear, specific, and reflect the content of the research, with a maximum of 15 words.
Author Name and Affiliation
Include:

Full name of the author (without academic titles)

Institution/affiliation

Corresponding author’s email address
Abstract
The abstract must be written in Indonesian and English, with a length of 150–250 words, including:

Main findings

Conclusion
Keywords
Provide 3–5 keywords that represent the main topic of the research.
Introduction
This section should include:

Background of the problem

Brief literature review

Research Method
Explain in detail:

Research location and time

Data collection techniques

Data analysis techniques
Results and Discussion
This section presents the research findings systematically and discusses them by linking them to relevant theories or previous studies.
Conclusion
Contains a summary of the research findings along with the implications or recommendations of the study.
Acknowledgements (Optional)
This section may be used to express gratitude to parties who contributed to the research or provided funding.
References
References must be formatted using APA Style and should prioritize primary sources such as scholarly journals published within the last 10 years.
3. Tables and Figures

Tables and figures must be numbered sequentially and given clear titles.

The data source must be stated if it comes from another source.

Tables and figures must be referenced in the text.
4. Review Process
All submitted articles will undergo a double-blind peer review process conducted by reviewers with expertise in the relevant field. The editor reserves the right to reject or request revisions for manuscripts that do not meet the journal’s quality standards.
5. Manuscript Submission
Articles must be submitted through the online journal system on the official website of the AHS Journal of Multidisciplinary Social Sciences.
Authors are expected to ensure that the manuscript fully complies with the guidelines before submission.
