Screening Plagiarism
The AHS Journal of Multidisciplinary Social Sciences is committed to maintaining academic integrity and ensuring that every article published is an original scholarly work. Therefore, every manuscript submitted to this journal will undergo a plagiarism screening process before entering the review stage.
Plagiarism Screening Process
All submitted manuscripts will be checked using plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin, iThenticate, or similar tools to identify the similarity index with previously published scholarly works.
This screening process is conducted by the editorial team at the initial stage of manuscript evaluation.
Similarity Index Threshold
The AHS Journal of Multidisciplinary Social Sciences sets the following maximum similarity thresholds:

≤ 20% : The manuscript may proceed to the review stage

21–30% : Authors will be asked to revise and improve citations

> 30% : The manuscript will be rejected immediately
Similarity originating from:
-
reference lists
-
properly formatted direct quotations
-
standard templates or common methodological descriptions
will be considered separately by the editor.
Policy on Plagiarism
The journal does not tolerate any form of plagiarism, including:

Direct plagiarism (copying another person’s work without proper citation)

Self-plagiarism (reusing one's own work without clear referencing)

Paraphrasing without citing the source

Duplicate publication
If plagiarism is discovered after an article has been published, the journal reserves the right to:

retract the article

publicly announce the violation of publication ethics

prohibit the author from submitting manuscripts to this journal for a certain period
Author Responsibilities
Authors are responsible for ensuring that the submitted manuscript is an original work and that all sources are properly cited in accordance with accepted academic citation standards.
