Evaluasi Implementasi Program Shalat Dhuha Berjamaah dalam Pembentukan Karakter Religius Siswa di MIS Jamaluddin Toya

This study aims to evaluate the congregational dhuha prayer program at MIS Jamaluddin Toya in shaping the religious character of upper-grade students using the CIPP evaluation model. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques of observation, interviews with the head of madrasah, 4 homeroom teachers, and 20 students, as well as documentation. The results showed: 1) From the context aspect, the program is relevant to the madrasah's needs; 2) From the input aspect, human resources and infrastructure have been adequate; 3) From the process aspect, the implementation is carried out routinely at 07.00-07.30 WITA, although there are still obstacles of student tardiness; 4) From the product aspect, the program is effective in improving students' discipline, responsibility, and morals. In conclusion, the congregational dhuha prayer program is effective and requires strengthened supervision to ensure optimal implementation.
