Penerapan program GEMA IMUN untuk peningkatan pengetahuan imunisasi campak di Puskesmas Temindung

Campak masih menjadi masalah kesehatan karena penularannya sangat mudah dan risiko komplikasi lebih tinggi pada anak yang belum memperoleh imunisasi secara lengkap. Program GEMA IMUN (Gerakan Masyarakat Peduli Imunisasi) dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Temindung sebagai upaya promosi kesehatan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai campak dan imunisasi. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 18–19 Mei 2026 dengan melibatkan 18 ibu balita dan 21 siswa sekolah dasar. Pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui penyuluhan menggunakan flipbook digital, edukasi interaktif menggunakan Kartu Pintar Campak, konseling individu bagi ibu yang masih ragu, serta reminder jadwal Posyandu melalui grup WhatsApp. Penilaian pengetahuan dilakukan secara lisan melalui pre-test dan post-test. Pada kelompok ibu balita, proporsi peserta yang mampu menjawab pertanyaan dengan baik meningkat dari 27,8% (5 orang) menjadi 83,3% (15 orang), atau naik 55,5 poin persentase. Pada kelompok siswa sekolah dasar, hasil meningkat dari 38,1% (8 orang) menjadi 90,5% (19 orang), atau naik 52,4 poin persentase. Konseling pada satu ibu juga menunjukkan pemahaman yang lebih baik dan respons yang lebih positif terhadap imunisasi, sedangkan reminder WhatsApp membantu menyampaikan informasi jadwal kepada tiga sasaran tidak aktif. Secara keseluruhan, GEMA IMUN menunjukkan bahwa edukasi yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik sasaran dan didukung pendekatan interpersonal serta pengingat digital dapat membantu meningkatkan pengetahuan imunisasi campak.
