Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk membangun budaya sekolah berkarakter melalui integrasi program SALAM, literasi, religius, dan kebugaran di SDN 1 Banyumulek Lombok Barat. Permasalahan mitra meliputi belum optimalnya pembiasaan sikap sosial, rendahnya minat baca, perlunya penguatan nilai religius, serta belum terintegrasinya kegiatan kebugaran dalam budaya sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan PKM dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, dengan melibatkan 238 siswa dari kelas I sampai kelas VI sebagai mitra kegiatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, refleksi guru, dan dokumentasi kegiatan, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa program SALAM mampu meningkatkan sikap sopan santun dan kualitas interaksi sosial siswa. Program literasi berdampak pada peningkatan minat baca, kedisiplinan, dan kebiasaan belajar positif. Program religius berkontribusi dalam penguatan nilai moral dan kesadaran spiritual siswa, sedangkan program kebugaran mendukung pembentukan karakter disiplin, sportivitas, dan gaya hidup sehat. Secara keseluruhan, integrasi keempat program tersebut terbukti efektif dalam membangun budaya sekolah berkarakter secara holistik dan berkelanjutan.
