Tes dan pengukuran kondisi fisik atlet pelatda porprov Lombok Timur berbasis sport science

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelatih cabang olahraga Pelatda Porprov Lombok Timur dalam melaksanakan tes dan pengukuran kondisi fisik atlet berbasis sport science. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan partisipatif yang meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan mitra, sosialisasi konsep tes fisik, demonstrasi prosedur, praktik langsung, pencatatan hasil, serta evaluasi dan umpan balik. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi sit and reach, vertical jump, side step test, push-up, back-up, sit-up, dan bleep test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatih lebih memahami prinsip standarisasi tes, alur pencatatan data, serta cara menafsirkan hasil pengukuran sebagai dasar penyusunan program latihan. Hasil pengukuran atlet juga memperlihatkan variasi kondisi fisik pada komponen fleksibilitas, daya ledak, kelincahan, kekuatan otot, dan daya tahan aerobik. Kegiatan ini memberi kontribusi pada penguatan kapasitas pelatih, tersedianya prosedur operasional sederhana untuk tes fisik, serta terbukanya peluang penerapan monitoring kondisi fisik secara berkala di tingkat daerah.
